Terms of Service

By engaging Team Trybe LLC for household management and operational support, you agree to the following professional standards and service boundaries.

Service Engagements

Team Trybe LLC provides a variety of household management solutions, which may be delivered as Recurring Memberships, Individual Service Sessions, or Seasonal Engagements.

The Household Handoff | All new client relationships begin with a mandatory strategy and safety onboarding session. This session establishes your specific household "SOPs" (Standard Operating Procedures) and defines the baseline for all future work.

Scope of Work | The specific tasks and frequency of your support will be outlined in your selected service tier or custom quote. Any tasks requested outside of the agreed-upon scope may result in additional professional fees.

Fees & Payments

Service Fees | You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected service at the time of booking or according to your recurring billing cycle. Team Trybe LLC reserves the right to adjust professional rates with 30 days' notice.

Add-Ons & Reimbursements | For services involving the procurement of goods (such as the Trybe Run, Seasonal Shifts, or pantry stocking), the client is responsible for the actual cost of all items purchased. These costs will be billed as a separate "Reimbursement Charge" to the payment method on file or deducted from a pre-established household fund.

Invoicing | All payments are processed electronically. Late payments may result in a suspension of service until the account is brought current.

Access & Household Security

Entry Protocols | Clients must provide a reliable and secure method of entry (i.e. Physical Key, Smart Lock, or Alarm Code). Team Trybe LLC handles all access credentials with the highest level of confidentiality and security.

Safety & Environment | For the safety of our team, we request that pets be secured or managed during our visits. Team Trybe LLC reserves the right to vacate a home immediately if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or if unauthorized third parties are present that interfere with our operations.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

The 24-Hour Rule | We require at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any session.

Forfeiture of Fees | Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or sessions where our team is unable to access the home at the scheduled time, are non-refundable and will be billed at the full professional rate.

Liability & Insurance

Professional Standards | Team Trybe LLC is fully insured and bonded.

Property Condition | We are not liable for pre-existing damage to appliances, surfaces, or structural elements of the home.

Claims | Any claims of damage or loss must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the completion of the service session.

Modification & Termination

Flexibility | Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement with 30 days' written notice.

Policy Updates | Team Trybe LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
